Privacy Policy

Deep Soul LLC, doing business as (DBA) bonnieann.com ("we," "us," "our") operates the Keystone Brand Foundation Builder application at keystone.bonnieann.com (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and your rights.
What We Collect
- Your responses to the Ideal Client Questionnaire (ICQ) — the business and brand information you enter to generate your Brand Foundation.
- The niche or market you specify.
- Your email address, which is required before you can view your completed Brand Foundation.
- If you opt in, your consent to receive follow-up emails from us about Keystone and related offers.
We do not require you to create an account.
Keystone uses Google Analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. Nothing is set until you choose: analytics is not loaded at all until you accept the cookie banner, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no data is sent. Because Keystone and bonnieann.com are part of the same site, your choice on either one applies to both.
How We Use It
- To generate your personalized Brand Foundation using an AI model.
- To send you your completed Brand Foundation and, if you've opted in, related follow-up communications.
- To improve the App and the quality of what it produces.
Who We Share It With
Two categories of service providers process your data on our behalf, strictly to deliver the App's function:
- AI processing. Your ICQ answers and niche are sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to a third-party AI model (currently DeepSeek), solely to generate your Brand Foundation. This content is not used by us to train any model, and we do not control OpenRouter's or the model provider's own data-retention practices — see their respective privacy policies for details.
- CRM storage. Your email, niche, and generated Brand Foundation are stored in our GoHighLevel CRM so we can deliver your results and, if you've consented, follow up with relevant offers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your ICQ answers, niche, or Brand Foundation with any other third party, advertiser, or affiliate.
Your Choices
- The follow-up email consent checkbox is optional and separate from the email required to view your results. You can unsubscribe from any follow-up email at any time via the link in that email.
- To request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us at bonnie@bonnieann.com.
Data Retention
We retain your ICQ answers, niche, and generated Brand Foundation for as long as necessary to provide the App's function and, where you've consented, to follow up — or until you request deletion.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
International Users
The App is operated from the United States, and any data you submit is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
