These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Keystone Brand Foundation Builder application at keystone.bonnieann.com (the "App"), operated by Deep Soul LLC, doing business as (DBA) bonnieann.com ("us," "we," "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
What the App Does
The App asks you a series of questions about your business (the "ICQ") and, using an AI model, generates a personalized "Brand Foundation" document based on your answers.
AI-Generated Content — No Guarantee of Results
The Brand Foundation is generated by an artificial intelligence model based solely on the information you provide. It is a starting point for your own brand strategy work, not professional business, marketing, legal, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee about its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation. We do not promise any particular business outcome, income, or result from using the App or acting on its output. You are solely responsible for how you use the Brand Foundation.
Accuracy of Your Input
The quality of your Brand Foundation depends on the honesty and completeness of your ICQ answers. We are not responsible for output based on incomplete, inaccurate, or intentionally misleading input.
Intellectual Property
The App itself — its design, code, and functionality — is the property of Deep Soul LLC. The Brand Foundation generated for you is yours to use for your own business. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings from App usage (never your specific ICQ answers or identity) to improve the App.
Third-Party AI Processing
The App uses a third-party AI service (via OpenRouter) to generate your Brand Foundation. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in that third-party service that may affect the App's availability or output.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Soul LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time and without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
